Energy hardware runs in unforgiving environments β downhole vibration and HβS exposure, offshore salt spray, sustained thermal load on turbine stages. We work with oilfield service companies, wind-turbine OEMs, power-generation utilities and grid-storage integrators on parts that have to survive where they cannot easily be revisited. Every part ships with full traceability and NDT documentation that satisfies your drilling superintendent, turbine OEM or grid operator.
Materials and tolerances
We routinely machine Inconel 718 (AMS 5662) and 625 (AMS 5599), Hastelloy C-276, 17-4 PH H1150, and a range of super-duplex (ASTM A240 S32750) and carbon steels. For high-temperature service we finish turning before heat treatment so we can lock in grain flow. Tolerances are typically Β±0.025 mm, with Β±0.01 mm on sealing and bearing surfaces. We maintain certified heat-treatment supplier relationships so post-machining HT is handled without leaving our quality loop.
Traceability and NDT
Every load-bearing or pressure-bearing part ships with full heat-lot traceability, weld-procedure references where applicable, and a documented NDT pass when your print calls for it β MPI (ASTM E709), DPI (ASTM E165), UT (ASTM E114) or radiographic (ASTM E1742). We can hold your batch under a long-term storage contract if your field deployment is staged across quarters, with temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled options available.
Harsh-environment coatings
For salt-spray offshore and downhole applications we specify engineered coatings: HVOF tungsten carbide (0.005β0.010 in thick) for erosion resistance, electroless nickel (MIL-C-26074) for corrosion protection, and thermal barrier coatings for high-temperature gas-path hardware. Coating selection is made against your operating envelope β temperature, pressure, HβS content, sand loading β so the coating outlives the run. We coordinate the coating supply chain and can include coating-thickness verification (ASTM D7091) in the lot traveler.
